About this video
A case involving a pear-shaped radiolucent area between the mandibular canine and lateral incisor. The initial step was to determine whether the cause was dental in origin. Periapical and CT imaging at the time of admission suggested a non-dental cause. Consequently, an excisional biopsy was performed. Histological analysis indicated a nonspecific lesion, likely a hybrid of central giant cell granuloma and central ossifying fibroma. All examinations ruled out other conditions, confirming it as a solitary lesio. Follow-up assessments showed complete healing with no recurrence.
