The majority of impacted canines are positioned on the palatal side. This case presents a novel, minimally invasive technique for exposing a buccally impacted canine. The procedure utilizes a tunnel-based VISTA approach, beginning with vertical incisions to expose the canine crown. A submucosal tunnel is then created, connecting to a TAD placed in the infrazygomatic crest, facilitating controlled distobuccal movement of the canine.
