This case presentation highlights a patient with bilateral posterior mandibular atrophy, where the mandibular canal is positioned superiorly, along with untreatable anterior teeth. A step-by-step demonstration of inferior alveolar nerve lateralization on the right side and transposition on the left side is provided, along with anterior alveoloplasty. Guided simultaneous implantation and provisionalization are also presented.
