About this video
A 24-year-old patient lost both central maxillary incisors in an accident, resulting in significant horizontal and vertical bone loss. Given the severity of the 3D defect, the optimal treatment approach involved augmentation with autologous bone blocks harvested from the mandible. The graft was placed over a slow-resorbing xenograft material saturated in PRP and covered with PPP and a resorbable membrane, combined with additional xenograft for enhanced stability. Implant placement and connective tissue grafting are planned for six months post-augmentation.
