About this video
Advancements in material science have enhanced the predictability of Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR), yet vertical ridge augmentation (VRA) remains complex, particularly in the posterior mandible due to soft tissue management challenges. Precise surgical execution is essential to prevent complications such as excessive bleeding or neurosensory disturbances. This video provides a step-by-step demonstration of vertical augmentation using titanium mesh, GBR with xenograft material saturated in PRP, and coverage with PPP and a resorbable membrane. After six months, the titanium mesh was removed, implants were placed, and implant uncovering was performed six months post-implantation. A panoramic view of the final prosthetic restoration is presented.

Ridge Preservation in infected site, Pedicled Buccal Fat Graft prior to Implantation in the Atrophic Posterior Maxilla
Comprehensive bone augmentation, including ridge preservation, vertical augmentation with autologous bone graft (OBG), and maxillary sinus augmentation, performed immediately after the removal of infected, failed implants in the posterior atrophic maxilla.
Repair of Ruptured Schneiderian Membrane During Maxillary Sinus Augmentation with Simultaneous Implant Placement
This technique demonstrates the repair of a perforated Schneiderian membrane during sinus augmentation via the lateral window approach, performed concurrently with implant placement.
Sinus Augmentation and Onlay Bone Grafting (OBG) with Simultaneous Implant Placement in the Posterior Maxilla
Managing severe posterior maxillary atrophy using a combination of sinus elevation, simultaneous implant placement, and horizontal autologous onlay bone grafting.
